Terence Longdon was born in Nottinghamshire, England, United Kingdom on May 14, 1922, and died in Oxfordshire, England, United Kingdom on April 23, 2011 of cancer. He is best known for his roles in Helen of Troy (1956), Carry on Sergeant (1958), Ben-Hur (1959), Garry Halliday (1959-1962). He graduated in 1948, worked as the stage director, and performed classic Shakespeare roles in the West End and Stratford Theaters (1951-1954).He entered the world of cinema in 1951, and worked in the Carry On film series. On television he had a distinguished appearance in children's series Carry Halliday, which lasted for 3 years.
