Canadian actor and director, born April 15, 1885 in the Northwest Territories, Canada as Richard Campbell Tibb. He was married three times, the last of which was to actress Violet Palmer in 1921. He appeared in numerous silent films between 1912 and 1930, including The Man Trail (1915), The Unholy Night (1929) and In the Palace of the King (1915). He died on April 20, 1935 in San Pedro, California, USA.
