A Danish actress and model, born in Copenhagen, Denmark. She began studying ballet at the age of nine in Denmark, France, and South Africa. She demonstrated her skills as a dancer with the Royal Danish Ballet, the Paris Opera, and the Lido in Paris. She studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting as well as at Groundlings in Hollywood. She worked as a lead dancer at Splash at the Riviera in Las Vegas from 1995 to 1998. She holds a doctorate in holistic medicine, including shamanism and Chinese herbology. She worked as a model and then transitioned into film, becoming known for her roles in films such as Rocky V (1990), Now You See Me (2013), and The Big Short (2015).
