Her father, Mete Uğur, is a ballet dancer and opera singer....Read more Her grandfather, Yamünü Uğur, was an aide to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic. She is also related to Swiss actor David Pennant through her maternal grandfather, Nadir Bayer, who married Swiss actress Hedwig Bayer. She studied ballet at Istanbul University and graduated in 1995. Since then, she has begun acting in plays. Her most notable series are Orphan Flowers (2015), Insanlik Suçu (2018), Bir Peri Masali (2022), and Adini Feriha Koydum (2011).
