An American actress, she was born in Syracuse, New York, on June 14, 1911. Louise was married to attorney Samuel Robert Weltz. She's known for The Phantom Strikes (1938), Hide-Out (1934), and Charlie Chan on Broadway (1937). She retired and returned to New York, where she opened her own drama school in Syracuse, and invested her money in oil and real estate. She died of cancer in 1967, at age 56.
