She is a Chinese actress, born in Fujian, China. She later moved to Hong Kong, where she performed in nearly two dozen Shaw Brothers productions during the 1970s and 1980s. Her first uncredited appearance was in Shan Shan (1967). She is known for Jin yu liang yuan hong lou meng (1977), The Brave Archer III (1981), and Vengeance of a Snowgirl (1971). She has lived and worked in Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and finally settled in Australia after retiring from the film industry.
