A Chinese actor, director, and writer, born on August 19, 1946, in Guangdong, China, as Tam Fu Wing. His works include A Better Tomorrow (1986), The Legend of Drunken Master (1994), and The Warrior's Way (2010). He has been married to Min-Ming Tao since May 22, 1975, and they have one child. He was discovered by director Cheh Chang. In 1979, he was awarded the Best Actor Award at the 25th Asian Film Awards for his role as Black Eagle Chik Ming Sing in The Avenging Eagle (1978).
