Omar Assar graduated from the Higher Institute of Cinema, Department of Directing in 2016. He worked as an assistant director in many films, series and advertisements. He also directed several short films and won several awards in short film festivals. He's known for the series Why Not? (2020), and Without Evidence (2019).
