A British actor, born in Wellington, Somerset, England, United Kingdom on April 26, 1891, and died in San Valley, California, USA on September 1, 1954. Among his most notable works are Narcotic (1933), Great Expectations (1934), and The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938). In 1919, he became an agent for a British steamship line, whose ships were always docked in New York Harbor, and on one of the trips, he decided to stay in the United States, and settled in Los Angeles, where he began his career in cinema and made his debut in The Knockout (1925), which was followed by other supporting roles from the twenties to the fifties.
