It is an American production company, founded in 2012 by Daniel Katz, David Fenkel, and John Hodges in New York. It drew attention with a variety of works before entering the world of awards, winning the Best Picture Award in 2016 with the film Room (2015) and receiving 24 nominations at the 2018 Academy Awards.
