A Mexican-American actress, born in Mexico and moved to New York City. She spent many years working in the theater, even teaching theater to children in several European countries, was trained at The Poor School in London, and began appearing in off-Broadway productions. She has appeared in works such as All God's Creatures (2011), Man from Shaolin (2012), Ceresia (2016), and Burying Yasmeen (2019), and series such as Designated Survivor (2019).
