American television and stage actress, born on August 13, 1970, in Wilmette, Illinois. She studied at Northwestern University and the Royal National Theater in London. She began her acting career in Chicago, appearing in productions at the Goodman Theatre, before moving to New York City. She started her artistic career in 1999. She is known for Flashforward (2010), Men in Trees (2005-2008), and It's About Time (2005).
