American actress, born on February 18, 1988, in Los Angeles in the United States. Sarah is the daughter of Kiefer Sutherland and the granddaughter of actors Donald Sutherland, Shirley Douglas, and the Canadian politician Tommy Douglas. She trained at the Crossroads Drama Conservatory in Los Angeles, where she received the award for Excellence in Drama. She then trained in the experimental theater suite at the Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied voice and speech, and graduated from New York University with honors. She is known for Veep (2012-2019), Innocence (2013), and The Kid Detective (2020).
