A Greek actress, born in Athens, Greece, to actor Dinos Karydis, with whom she appeared in a TV series, and actress Joulia Argyropoulou. She attended the National Theatre of Greece Drama School. She played leading roles in several plays and was a hostess for entertainment TV shows. She is known for In the Nick of Time (2005-2007), The Heiress (2009), and Perfect Strangers (2016).
