A Texas-born American singer, writer, and actress. She became involved in local theater and then moved from Texas to California at the age of 13. She immediately started working as a singer and moved to the Los Angeles area permanently at the age of 16. She worked as a guitarist and violinist. She entered the film field in 2010. She is known for American Girl (2014), Southern Comfort (2014), and Never Alone (2019).
