Japanese model, singer, and actress, born on April 6, 1973, in Japan, to a Dutch father and a Japanese mother. She appeared for the first time at the age of eleven in an advertisement for Kit Kat, and ever since she became active in the artistic field. She is known for The Twilight Samurai (2002), Bokura no nanoka-kan sensô (1988), and Utsutsu (2002).
