An Icelandic actress, born on May 4, 1940. She graduated from the National Theater School of Drama in 1967. Margrét played some roles for the first time in the National Theatre of Iceland. She participated in several radio plays, TV shows, and movies. She is known for Mr. Bjarnfreðarson (2009), Volcano (2011), and Angels of the Universe (2000).
