She is a Danish actress, born on April 7, 1958, in Denmark. She graduated from the Danish National School of Theatre in Copenhagen. She performed on numerous stages in Copenhagen. Her first appearance was in Afbrudt møde (1982). Her notable works include Babette's Feast (1987), Headhunter (2009), and The Substitute (2007).
