British actress of Jamaican descent, born on November 27, 1987 in Hammersmith, London. She studied acting at Arts Education Schools in London and graduated in 2010. She received a Laurence Olivier Bursary Scholarship during her second year at Arts Education Schools in London. In 2009, she joined ArtsEd School of Drama in London. She made her debut in the 2011 drama film Fast Girls. In 2019, she played the role of fighter pilot Maria Rambo in Captain Marvel (2019).
