She lived and worked in Britain and throughout Europe during the 1960s, appearing in films such as Battle of the Bulge (1965), Sodom and Gomorrah (1962), and Octaman (1971). She was nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Foreign Actress for her role in the British film The Angry Silence. She died on September 10, 1971, in Beverly Hills, California, USA, of a barbiturate overdose.
