An American screenwriter and actress, who graduated from the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in New York City, in which she studied with acting teacher Sanford Meisner for two years. She joined Carnegie Mellon University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After appearing in independent films and theatrical productions, she was cast as Mari Collingwood in the film The Last House on the Left (1972). She left acting in 1975 and moved to screenwriting and production, focusing on programs aimed at children. Among her credits are Legacy of Satan (1974) and Teenage Hitchhikers (1974).
