An American actress and playwright, born in Richmond, Virginia, United States. She began her career in Broadway plays in New York at the beginning of the twentieth century. She was a playwright, before entering the field of films, then she became a screenwriter. Her credits include the plays "The Warrens of Virginia" and "The Woman." She died on October 2, 1970.
