An American actress, born in Las Vegas, Nevada to an American and Irish father and a Mexican and Nicaraguan mother. She attended Fairfax High School in Los Angeles, then enrolled at the University of Southern California. She received a scholarship there and began her formal training in acting. During her university years, she began working on television. Among her credits are L.A. Law, Big Love, and Brothers & Sisters.
