A German actress, born November 12, 1938, in Berlin, Germany. She initially trained as a nurse and then studied from 1959 to 1961 at the Staatliche Schauspielschule Berlin. After graduation, she worked in the German theater and moved to the Hans Otto Theatre in Potsdam in 1963, where she played Ophelia in Hamlet in 1964. She began her acting career in 1961 and is known for Solo Sunny (1980), Hamlet_X (2003) and Police Call 110 (1971).
