He is an American singer and actor, born on August 6, 1981 in New York City, New York, USA. In 1998, he made his debut on Broadway, where he gained recognition for his role  Aaron Burr in the musical "Hamilton," for which he won a 2016 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical. He performed songs and acted in several movies. He is known for One Night in Miami (2020), Murder on the Orient Express (2017), and Central Park (2020-2022).
