English film and television actress, born on July 20, 1926, in London, England. She is the daughter of the writer and director Graham Cutts. She escaped from boarding school and joined the Repertory Company High School for Theatre Arts at the age of 14. She studied acting at RADA. Her first roles seemed to be small parts in British films, then from 1958 she participated in American movies and TV shows. She is known for The Tingler (1959), The Adventures of P.C. 49: Investigating the Case of the Guardian Angel (1949), and Playhouse 90 (1956). She died on September 6, 1974, in London, England, UK (suicide by drug overdose).
