He is a Japanese producer, director, and stunt performer. He was born on September 29, 1970, in Senju, Tokyo, Japan. He is known for Dracula 2000 (2000), Beverly Hills Ninja (1997), and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993). He was previously married to Motoko Nagino before marrying Tamara Noland, with whom he had a child.
