An American attorney who served as United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois from 1985-1989. In 2007, he became chairman of the law firm Jenner & Block, and was later appointed bankruptcy examiner during the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers. He's known for Inside Lehman Brothers (2018).
