A German painter and graphic designer, born in East Germany to a chemist. She lived with her family in Lobeda. She also lived in Jena for four years, and in 1988, she began her studies at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach, in the class of the Austrian artist Adam Jankowski. Then she continued her studies at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, and she exhibited a collection of drawings called Lobeda, which consists of more than one hundred pencil drawings. She appeared as herself in Gerhard Richter Painting (2011).
