A British actress, born on May 28, 1961, in Wimbledon, UK. She is the daughter of actor Andrew Keir and the sister of actors Sean Keir and Deirdre Keir. She has been active in theater since the late 1970s. She attended the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. She was nominated for the British Academy Television Award for Best Actress. She played a small role in the James Bond film The Living Daylights (1987).
