An American stunt performer and actor, born on October 28, 1957, in San Jose, California, USA. Rhee is a world-class martial artist who is known for his beautiful kicks and amazing forms. His intensive training, which he received in Korea, San Francisco, and then Los Angeles, enabled him to earn a 7th-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He is a member of the International Stunt Association (2012 President). He won two Taurus World Stunt Awards. Simon is the brother of Phillip Rhee. He owns “Simon Rhee Tae Kwon Do” in Woodland Hills, where he also teaches. His works include Letters from Iwo Jima (2006), Rush Hour 2 (2001), and Inception (2010).
