An American silent film actress, born on November 9, 1899 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. After her education at a school in Newark, New Jersey, she was discovered by film pioneer D.W. Griffith. She was active between 1917 and 1926. She appeared in films for Ince, Triangle, Artcraft, Paramount, Paralta, Universal and Goldwyn. She's known for The Gay Lord Quex (1919), Too Much Johnson (1919) and Tess of the Storm Country (1922). She died on October 29, 1976 in Pasadena, California, USA.
