An Italian actress and television personality, born in Lombardy, Italy. She began her career at a very young age by appearing in commercials. She made her film debut in We, the Women (1953), and went on to appear in several other films such as The Devil's Cavaliers (1959), Guns of the Black Witch (1961), and Spies Strike Silently (1966), but she gained greater recognition on television, where she was one of the first female presenters. She died on June 21, 1998, in Lugano, Switzerland.
