She graduated from Covington High School in Louisiana, and summa cum laude from Louisiana State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. She began her career in 2008 and is known for Battle: Los Angeles (2011), I Love You Phillip Morris (2009) and Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal (2008).
