An American actress, born on June 24, 1914, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, USA. She rose to fame as an actress, landing on the silver screen several times throughout her career in Hollywood. She began her career with a role in the 1951 movie A Streetcar Named Desire. Her other credits include Producers' Showcase (1954) and Studio One (1948). She died on March 18, 1960, in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.
