A Canadian actress, singer, and songwriter, born in South Africa, she grew up in Canada. At the age of 15, she sang in numerous events in her hometown, fulfilling her childhood dream of becoming a jazz vocalist. She sang live on CBC Radio and was awarded the General Motors Award...Read more for Excellence in Jazz Vocals. She received a BFA in acting and music from Santa Fe College, which is now Santa Fe University of Art and Design. She also attended London, England's British American Drama Academy. She has appeared in works such as Able Edwards (2004), A Lot Like Love (2005), and Ben Is Back (2018), and co-wrote the TV series Lemmings (2008).
