An American actress, born in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up in a Jamaican family, she was exposed to diverse elements of culture and art. She continued her studies at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, majoring in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and Psychology. She broke onto the acting scene as a character actress, making appearances on such TV shows as NCIS: New Orleans, Complications, and Being Mary Jane. Her other credits include The Lovebirds (2020) and Loving (2016).
