An American actress and writer, born on September 13, 1968, in New York City, USA. She graduated from Stuyvesant High School in New York, the A.R.T./MXAT Institute for Advanced Theater Training, and Columbia University in New York. She is best known for roles in Carlito's Way (1993), The Pest (1997), and Shut Up and Kiss Me! (2004).
