She was an Indian actress, born on January 13, 1905, in Bombay, British India. She went to Cathedral High School and St. Xavier's College. She participated in Mughal-E-Azam (1960), Bidaai (1974), and Anand (1971). She died on September 22, 1991, in Bombay, India.
