An Indian actress, born in 1934 in Dehradun, India. She started acting in drama theater and joined the Sangeet Kala Academy in Rajkot as a folk dancer and singer. She acted in more than 75 Gujarati films and also in many Rajasthani films. After her success in theater, she started doing Hindi films. In the late 1960s, she did Gauri (1968), Sunghursh (1968) and Hamraaz (1967). In most of her films, she played supporting characters. She died on February 22, 1997, in Juhu, Mumbai, India.
