She is an Australian-Sri Lankan actress and voice actor , born on February 22, 1983 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She has a master's degree in dialects. She launched her career on stage at the age of seven, and since then she has had a diversity of roles. Her screen debut was in Janus (1995). She is known for House Husbands (2012-2013),Offspring (2010-2011), and Twentysomething (2011-2013).
