An American actress, born on September 16, 1948, in Oregon City, Oregon, USA, to a nurse and a logger. Susan is a graduate of the University of Oregon and the University of California, Santa Cruz. She has received several Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. From 1974 to 1978, she was a member of the Staircase Repertory Company in Santa Cruz, California. She is known for L.A. Law (1986), Dead Air (2009), and Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997).
