An American actress, born in Des Moines, Iowa. She studied at the University of Illinois and the University of Wisconsin. She moved to New York to pursue acting, appearing on Robert Montgomery Presents. She also worked in commercials and became the first woman to head the New York chapter of the Screen Actors Guild in 1966. She also dubbed 32 films and died in Toronto, Canada.
