An American actress, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. She began her career in San Francisco in 1970 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago in 1969, then a Master of Arts in Theatre from the University of San Francisco. After leaving the San Francisco Troupes, she worked in shipyards. She has also appeared in lead roles in numerous San Francisco Bay Area plays, including the American Conservatory Theatre, Berkeley Comprehensive Theatre, and San Francisco Playhouse, and she has also worked as a stage manager.
