An American actress, she was born on May 12, 1912, in Chicago, Illinois. She was married twice and had two children. She studied drama at the famous Pasadena Playhouse. She's known for Pier 13 (1940), Topa Topa (1938), A Trip to Paris (1938), and The Old Barn Dance (1938). She died in 1983 in a tragic road accident, at age 71.
