An Arab-Israeli actor, director, and film and theater activist, born in Haifa, to a Maronite father from Kafr Bir'im. He studied at Beit Zvi and acted in many Shakespeare plays at the Haifa Theatre and Cameri Theatre. He was working in the Arab-Hebrew Theater alongside fellow Arab-Israeli actor Yousef Sweid. He became known for his role in the Israeli series Arab Labor, which was written by the Arab-Israeli writer and journalist Sayed Kashua. His works include The 90 Minute War (2016) and My Lovely Sister (2011).
