An American actress, writer, and producer, born in Wisconsin, United States. She began her career at Dudley Riggs' The Brave New Workshop Comedy Theatre in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is the older sister of actor Stephen Wallem. She has worked as an executive producer for a number of TV series. Among her credits are Sleepless in Seattle, Nurse Jackie, and That '70s Show.
