An English actress born in London, to a math teacher mother from Trinidad and a mortgage advisor father from Jamaica. She grew up in Slade Green, and went to school in Bexley, London. She made her first steps in acting while attending the Dartford Drama Club, receiving a scholarship to the National Youth Theatre, then attending the Guildford School of Acting, and upon graduating was hired by the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon. Her credits include His Dark Materials (2019), The Drowning (2021), and Cleaning Up (2019).
