An Iranian actor, born in 1945 in Shiraz. He earned a degree in dramatic arts and started working in the theater in 1965. He also appeared in many films and serials. He won the award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the 28th Fajr International Film Festival for his role in the movie The Kingdom of Solomon. His other notable works include Leily Is with Me (1996) and Outlaw (1998).
