An American actress, writer, director, and producer. She was born on May 21, 1954, in Newton, Massachusetts, USA. As an actress, she co-starred in the brief-lived CBS sitcom On Our Own (1977-1978) and also appeared in The Golden Girls (1987-1991). As for her production credits, she is known for Nip/Tuck (2003-2010), Masters of Sex (2013), and Stark Raving Mad (1999-2000).
